The primary area we are seeking donations for is the sponsorship of local Turkish-speaking Christians wanting to taking part in Ümit.

We expect the outreach will cost around $500 per person by with food, accommodation and domestic travel expenses. While that is not a small number for most people, for Turkish nationals where the minimum monthly wage is about$350, $500 is a LOT of money – especially on top of two weeks off work.

Everyone joining an Ümit team will need to contribute some money - be that from their own funds or their own supporters.
